Istruzioni per la compilazione del modulo d'iscrizione

1. Tutti gli iscritti (o chi li rappresenta) dovranno comunicare con quali mezzi di trasporto e attrezzature hanno la necessità di partecipare, cosicché l’Organizzazione possa definire al meglio le aree di parcheggio.

2. Gli iscritti che si avvalgono di trasportatori esterni, dovranno comunicare a questi ultimi le informazioni utili (nome partecipante e/o Team di appartenenza) per una veloce individuazione dell’area assegnata e corretta allocazione.

3. I partecipanti che desiderano avvalersi delle proprie strutture prenotando un’area nel Paddock 2 devono obbligatoriamente fornire una mappa con misure e disposizione dell’allestimento completo per ottenere l’approvazione dell’Organizzazione, in mancanza della suddetta non verrà riservata alcuna area.

4. È possibile acquistare accrediti aggiuntivi (pass) per meccanici per attività di assistenza alle vetture di pista (massimo 2 e solo per personale maggiorenne), per ospiti (massimo 10) e per il parcheggio nel Paddock 2 (massimo 5). Per numeriche diverse contattare direttamente l'Organizzazione.

5. In mancanza di selezione dell'allocazione, la vettura dovrà essere ricoverata in una zona dedicata vicino all'ingresso pista, ma priva di copertura, denominata Area Track "L". Tale area è gratuita ed inclusa nell'iscrizione, ma esclude la possibilità di allocare mezzi di supporto, carrelli, bilici o tende.

Instructions for filling in the registration form

1. All the registered people (or who represents them) must advise which means of transport and equipment they wish to bring so that the Organization can better define the parking areas.

2. The registered person who uses external transporters must advise the latter of the useful information (name of the participant and/or Team they belong to) for quick identification of the assigned area and proper allocation.

3. The participants who wish to use their own structures by booking an area in Paddock 2 must compulsorily provide a plan of the size and disposition of the complete set up to obtain the approval of the Organization, failure to provide this will lead to no area being reserved.

4. It is possible to purchase additional passes for mechanics providing trackside assistance (maximum of 2, and only for adult personnel), for guests (maximum of 10), and for parking in Paddock 2 (maximum of 5). For different quantities contact the Organization directly.

5. If no allocation is selected, the car must be parked in a dedicated area near the track entrance, but without coverage, called Track Area "L". This area is free of charge and included in the entry fee, but excludes the possibility of parking support vehicles, carts, trailers or tents.

Norme per la partecipazione

1. L’Historic Minardi Day è un’esibizione ludico sportiva. Sono proibite attività competitive ed aggressive, né è consentita qualsiasi attività di cronometraggio. Un comportamento scorretto e irresponsabile durante lo svolgimento dell’evento (fuori e dentro la pista) da parte dei partecipanti sarà punito con l'esclusione immediata dalla manifestazione.

2.  L’Organizzazione è libera di spostare un'auto da una classe all'altra a sua insindacabile decisione.

3. Essendo un’esibizione non è richiesta alcuna licenza specifica, è obbligatorio prendere visione e sottoscrivere i regolamenti ed essere in possesso della patente B in corso di validità.

4. Gli iscritti le cui vetture partecipano al Track Day (omologate stradali, con cinture di sicurezza, targate e assicurate) è necessario che indossino il casco omologato, consigliato abbigliamento sportivo e scarpe da ginnastica.

5. Per tutte le vetture omologate “racing” quali Formule, Prototipi e GT (storiche e moderne) occorre abbigliamento tecnico da pista (tuta ignifuga, casco integrale o jet omologato auto, guanti e scarpe).

6. Fare attenzione al Codice Identificativo Pilota stampato sulla busta accrediti, poiché dovrà essere comunicato all'ingresso Rivazza per poter accedere.

Rules for partecipation

1. The Historic Minardi Day is a recreational sporting exhibition. Competitive and aggressive activities are forbidden, nor is any timing activity allowed. Improper and irresponsible behaviour during the event (on or off the track) by participants will be punished with immediate exclusion from the event.

2. The Organization is free to change cars from one class to another at its sole discretion.

3. Since it is an exhibition, no specific licence is required, and it is compulsory to read and sign the regulations and to possess a current class B licence.

4. The persons whose cars are registered to participate in the Track Day (approved, insured with current insurance and seat belt) must wear an approved helmet, sporting clothing and gym shoes are recommended.

5. For all the approved “racing” cars such as the Formulas, Prototypes and GT (historic and non) technical track clothing (fireproof overalls, approved full face or jet helmet, gloves and shoes) is required.

6. Pay attention to the Driver Identification Code printed on the accreditation envelope, as it must be provided at the Rivazza entrance to gain access.

7. Further useful information for participation will be sent by email.

C. Dichiaro di aver preso visione delle regolamentazioni relative alle verifiche tecniche al link https://minardiday.it/verifiche-tecniche/

D. Dichiaro di conoscere lo stato dell'Autodromo e delle strutture ivi contenute, di conoscere le peculiarità e difficoltà tecniche ivi presenti e di accettarle in relazione all'attività da svolgere.

E. Per il fatto stesso della mia iscrizione dichiaro, con la firma del presente modulo per me e per i miei trasportati, mandanti od incaricati, di rinunciare a rincorrere per qualsiasi motivo ad arbitri o tribunali per atti derivanti dalla organizzazione e/o svolgimento della manifestazione.

F. Dichiaro inoltre di ritenere sollevati gli Enti Organizzatori nonché gli Enti Proprietari delle strade percorse ed il Comitato Organizzatore da ogni responsabilità riconducibile alla manifestazione stessa.

G. H. Autorizzo Gear Srl e Formula Imola al trattamento dei miei dati personali, relativamente all’attività da svolgere, ai sensi dell’art. 13 del Decreto Legislativo giugno 2003, n. 196 “Codice in materia di protezione dei dati personali” e dell’art. 13 del GDPR (Regolamento UE 2016/679) e dichiaro di essere stato informato delle finalità/modalità del trattamento e dei miei diritti, come da Informativa rinvenibile all’indirizzo: http://www.autodromoimola.it/privacy-policy/

I. Presto il mio consenso all'utilizzo da parte di Gear Srl e Formula Imola Spa a Socio Unico e società terze da essa selezionate, della mia immagine e quella del o dei mezzi iscritti nella presente, inviate congiuntamente all’iscrizione, così come rappresentata nelle immagini scattate presso l'Autodromo Enzo e Dino Ferrari di Imola durante l'evento “Historic Minardi Day". Autorizzo quindi Gear Srl e Formula Imola e società terze da essa selezionate alla riproduzione e diffusione di tali immagini o di parti di esse e alla loro pubblicazione sui canali di comunicazione ovvero sui siti internet e i canali social. In relazione a quanto sopra dichiaro di non aver nulla a pretendere da Gear Srl e Formula Imola Spa o da altre società terze da essa selezionate, ora e in futuro, ad alcun titolo, per tutti gli usi del materiale fotografico contenente la mia immagine e quella del o dei mezzi iscritti nella presente, ivi compresa la cessione a terzi.

D. I declare that I am aware of the state of the Circuit and the structures contained within it, that I am aware of the peculiarities and technical difficulties present therein and that I accept them in relation to the activities to be carried out.

E. By the very fact of my registration and by the very fact of signing this form for myself and my passengers, principals or agents I renounce recourse for any reason to arbitrators or tribunals for acts deriving from the organization and/or carrying out of the event.

F. I also declare that I hold the Organizing Bodies, as well as the Owners of the roads travelled and the Organizing Committee, relieved from any responsibility attributable to the event itself.

G. H. I authorize Gear Srl and Formula Imola to process my personal information concerning the activities to be carried out in accordance with article 13 of Legislative Decree no 196 of June 30, 2003, “Code for the protection of personal data” and article 13 of the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679) and declare that I have been informed of the purposes/methods of the processing and of my rights, as per the information sheet available at the address: https://www.autodromoimola.it/en/privacy-policy/ 

I. I grant my consent for the use by Gear Srl and Formula Imola SpA as the Sole Partner and third-party companies selected by it, of my image and those of my vehicle(s) registered in this document sent together with my registration, as represented in the photos taken at Imola’s Enzo and Dino Ferrari International Circuit during the “Historic Minardi Day” event. I therefore authorize Gear Srl and Formula Imola, and third-party companies select by it to reproduce and distribute these images, or part of them and their publication in channels of communications, in other words, on internet sites or the social media. In regard to the above, I declare I have nothing to claim from Gear Srl and Formula Imola SpA or other third-party companies select by it, now and in the future, for any reason, for all uses of the photographic material containing my image and those of my vehicles registered herein, including the transfer to third parties.
