THE HISTORIC MINARDI DAY IS A RECREATIONAL SPORTING EXHIBITION.
Competitive and aggressive activities are forbidden and any type of timing is not allowed.
- The maximum speed in pit lane is 60 Km/h.
- Red/green lights at the exit of Pit lane, access to the track only with the green light. During the exhibition the light will remain GREEN.
- Exit from the garage. The drivers must remain to the right of the white line at the exit of the garages without touching it. The drivers must remain to the right of the white area when they enter Pit Lane.
- Trajectories. Since this is an exhibition, repeated changes of direction are forbidden and hindering the trajectory of faster cars must be avoided.
- Track limits. Respect the limits of the track, one wheel must remain in contact with the track (white line)
- The rear light must always be switched on when the track is declared a “wet track”, even when racing with slick tyres (dry tyres).
- The yellow flags are a warning sign and when displayed, slow down immediately. Overtaking is forbidden.
- Double yellow flag. The driver must put himself in the condition to slow down further and/or stop immediately.
- Car openings to be secured are marked in orange.
- Around the circuit you will find the presence small orange panels, these indicate the presence of fire-fighters.
- The blue Flag at the exit of the garage is on the right side.
- The clear Blue Flag waved on the track indicates to the driver that a faster car is getting ready to overtake and must move to the side of the track to let it pass.
- If you are involved in an accident inform the track officials of your conditions. If you cannot start again and do not require medical treatment do not stay inside the car.
- f a car goes off the track the driver must ensure that the gearbox is in neutral to facilitate intervention. The Driver can leave the car as soon as it is in a safe condition.
- In the case of mechanical problems that could cause the deposit of oil or water on the track leave the track as soon as it possible to do so safely and in any case stay away from the race line.
At the sole discretion of the Track Director, the participant who does not observe correct behaviour can be recalled and if necessary excluded from the event.
Signals and flags
Red/green Lights Pit Lane exit: The red/green lights at the Pit Lane exit must be respected, access to the track only with the green light. During the exhibition the light will remain GREEN.
White lines at the exit of the garages: The drivers must stay to the right of the white line at the exit of the garages at the moment of leaving the garages.

The single yellow flag indicates immediate danger, usually the scene of an accident. The drivers must slow down near the flag; overtaking is forbidden.

Double yellow flags, consisting of two track marshals who wave two yellow flags or a race official who waves two alternating together in the same place, indicates a situation of grave danger. The drivers must slow down gradually and be ready to deviate from the normal trajectory and eventually stop. Overtaking is forbidden.

The green flag indicates that the previous indicated danger has ceased, the track is again clear and the drivers can return to the normal speed.

The red flag indicates that the exhibition has been suspended.

The lightly shaded blue flags can have more than one meaning depending on the context. At any time a stationary light blue flag (or more commonly now a blue light) can be indicated to the driver at the exit of pit lane to warn him that other cars are approaching on the track.
During free practice the light blue flag waved on the track indicates to the driver that a faster car is getting ready to overtake and must move to the side of the track to let it pass.

The white flag indicates the presence of a slow vehicle on the track such as a racing car in difficulty, an ambulance, the removal truck or the safety car and orders the drivers to slow down.

The black flag is always accompanied by a sign with the identification number of a car and orders the driver with the number indicated to return to the pits within the following lap and to report immediately to the Track Director.

The black and white chequered flag signals the end of free practice.

The black and white flag divided in half with a diagonal line is always accompanied by a sign with the identification number of a car and informs the driver that his behaviour has been considered unsportsmanlike and will be disqualified immediately at the next infraction.

The black flag with an orange circle of 40cm positioned in the centre is always accompanied by a sign identifying a car and informs the driver that his car has technical problems that could put him or the other drivers in danger and must return immediately to the pits.

The yellow flag with red stripes signals to the drivers that the track’s surface is slippery and instructs them to slow down. This problem can be caused by the loss of oil or rain.
